The Florida Eucharistic Congress is a statewide gathering of people, sponsored by the Diocese of St. Augustine and under the direction of Bishop Felipe Estevez, which seeks to:
– promote an awareness of the central place of the Eucharist in the life and mission of the Catholic Church,
– to help improve our understanding and celebration of the liturgy,
– draw attention to the social dimension of the Eucharist.
Celebration of the Eucharist is at the very heart of the Congress. Programing of the Congress includes Living Stations of the Cross (Friday night), Procession & Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Keynote & featured speakers, musicians and a variety of sessions for youth, adults and Spanish speakers. Priests are available for private confessions in several languages.
This a FREE family friendly event to open people to all faiths.
