When their brother, Lazarus died, Martha and Mary of Bethany were surrounded by their community who shared their grief, and gave them the emotional support they needed in their time of loss. In this tradition, our Bethany Support Group is an informal, faith-based gathering for all adults who are grieving the loss of a loved one. We offer an environment of safe, secure, confidential sharing. Facilitators Betty Anne McKenna (of St. Rose Parish) and Lyn Begley (of St. Robert’s) will host the group on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 am from March 14 through April 18.
