Each year, the Bishop of each Diocese celebrates the Chrism Mass on Holy Thursday morning. At this special Mass, each priest of the Diocese gathers around the Bishop to celebrate the anniversary of Christ Ordination of the first priests of the Church, the Apostles, at the Last Supper. During this Mass, Bishop Deshotel will bless the Sacred Oils that will be used in Sacramental Ministry throughout the entire Diocese.
