Christmas is fast approaching, and we couldn’t be more excited! Year after year, the Christmas season continues to be the most popular time to visit the Jubilee Museum, in large part due to our incredible collection of over 400 Nativity scenes, which we set up all throughout the Museum.

Our nativities range in size from one with figures are over 4 feet tall, to a tiny nativity carved in a quartz crystal, with figures the size of grains of rice, and everything in between! We have nativities made out of everything from plaster and wood to paper mache, seed pods, and even coconut. The best part though is the fact that they literally come from all over the world! The diversity in the way the Holy Family is depicted by different cultures is an incredible testament to the universality of the Church, and it really is something to see!

The Christmas Display opens the day after Thanksgiving, and we’ll keep it up until the Epiphany on January 6th!

This year’s display will include:

– 400+ Nativity scenes from all over the world
– Dickens Village
– Model Train Displays
– Local artist Chris Ryckman’s Christmas painting gallery
– And more!

We’ll be open 7 days a week throughout the season. Please note though, that due to the large numbers of visitors, we will not be offering guided tours throughout the open hours. Instead, we will offer one guided tour a day at 1 pm, and we’ll be open for self-guided tours throughout the rest of the day. If you’d like to arrange for a tour at another time, please call us ahead of time at 614-600-0054. We’ll still be charging our normal admission price of $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors.
