The purpose of this series is to bring a group of young adults on a journey in becoming fully human, so that they may imitate Christ and achieve true freedom in Him and right relationships. After laying the foundation on the importance of virtues to develop humanly, spiritually and intellectually, we will show a variety of ways to develop these virtues, namely through God-centered friendships, letting go of attachments and spiritual practices. “A healthy soul keeps us connected; it gives the energy to go out of ourselves to love and to be loved, to know and to be known, to be free and to set free.” By the end of this series, we hope to guide young adults on a journey to a better understanding of how their spiritual life and moral life influence one another.
