A contemplative offering of the Liturgy of the Hours accompanied by meditative music in the tradition of the Taize religious community.

Many who attend the Shrine’s Taize offering attest to the spiritual benefits of this monthly hour spent in prayer and song; do please spread the word and plan to attend. It’s our desire to see the number increase who benefit from this contemplative liturgy.
On an ongoing basis, we collect a freewill offering to be directed toward one of the many charitable projects supported by the Shrine Christian Service Commission; past projects have included the South Oakland Warming Center and the St. Vincent de Paul Dental Clinic Project.
