Attended U.S. Military Academy (West Point); graduated magna cum laude, St. Mary’s; J.D. from St. Mary’s Law School.
Past-President, San Antonio Bar Association; former State District Judge of 407th and 438th District Courts; general civil practitioner, including mediation/arbitration (1980-present); Legal Aid (1978-1980); Board Certified, Family Law for 30 years.
Long-time author/presenter local and State Bar CLE programs, as well as St. Mary’s Law School, UT and U of H CLE programs. Guest-lecturer, St. Mary’s Law School.
President, S.A.
