Why You Shouldn’t Kill Yourself: 5 Tricks of the Heart About Assisted Suicide
A majority of people in the United States say they support assisted suicide, and the issue is being debated by legislatures (including Minnesota’s). While many say this is a position of compassion, we argue that it rejects human dignity and the work God is doing in that person’s life. There are better ways to show compassion, and we need to remember what it means to help people die well.
This presentation will look at what physician assisted suicide looks like, why people support it, and how Christians can respond with truth and love.
