FEMM, which stands for Fertility Education and Medical Management, is a Fertility Awareness Based Method (FABM) designed to empower women at every stage of their reproductive journey by providing education on comprehending and monitoring their menstrual cycle, among other valuable insights.
Avila Young Adults is hosting a FEMM workshop consisting of four sessions taught by a certified FEMM Educator.
Each session builds on previous material.
The workshop is held in a group setting and costs $40 per person, which includes educational material, refreshments, and one chart review after all sessions are complete.
