Haunted by God: The Life of Dorothy Day is a one-woman play about Dorothy Day, co-founder of the Catholic Worker movement. This moving, dramatic production incorporates all the wit and prophetic grit of Dorothy’s own words about war, peace, American society, compassion and protest in the Spirit of Jesus. Hailed in Sojourners magazine as a “wonderfully uplifting theater experience,” this acclaimed production has been touring the U.S. since 1990 and will be stopping in Springfield for one night only– Saturday, March 24, at 7 p.m. in the Christ the King Parish Center. Tickets are $20 each, with proceeds to benefit Christ the King Parish. A portion of the proceeds will also benefit Helping Hands of Springfield.
