One kind of prayer that many folks do find to be super helpful and accessible is keeping a prayer journal. Come learn more about it at the Cathedral on two consecutive Monday evenings this Lent. The 2 evenings are a short series; attendance at both is recommended.
Bring a journal & pen if you wish. All are welcome.
