The 10th annual Diocese of Steubenville Men’s Day of Renewal will be held March 23 at St. Stephen Church, 1036 Belford St., Caldwell.

The patron saint of the Lenten retreat is St. Joseph.

Mark Nehrbas, who worked on the campus of Franciscan University of Steubenville for 32 years until his retirement in August 2017, will be the presenter at the retreat. Nehrbas was administrator for FIRE, a Catholic ministry that provided evangelistic rallies in cities across the United States, Canada, Phillipines, England and Ireland. Marks served as director of development, as well as director of Christian outreach. He and his wife, Carol, parishioners of Holy Family Parish, Steubenville, have been married for 40 years and have nine children and 15 grandchildren.

Nehrbas will speak at the conference on the theme “The Cross as a Source of Strength and Path to Ultimate Victory Over All Adversity.” He will present two sessions, “Victory of the Cross in My Battle With Cancer” and “Victory Over Suffering: Lessons Learned From the Cross.”

Registration costs $25; a bag lunch is provided. Men are welcome to bring their teenage sons.

Registration can be mailed to Roger Huck at P.O. Box 54, Beverly, OH 45715 or by emailing huck4816@roadrunner.com. Checks should be made out to the Diocese of Steubenville.
