Mark Balasa, CPA, CFP®, is a Founder and Co-CEO of Balasa Dinverno Foltz LLC. He also leads the Investment Committee which oversees policy, strategic and tactical direction for the firm’s client portfolios. Mark frequently shares his knowledge and experience on the tax, investment, and estate planning implications for retirement. He has been a featured speaker on investment and technology topics with organizations such as Morningstar, the Financial Planning Association (FPA), Charles Schwab & Co., and Standard & Poor’s, and has been quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Barron’s, and BusinessWeek.
Mark currently sits on J.P. Morgan’s RIA advisory board and previously sat on PIMCO’s advisory panel for RIAs, the advisory board for State Street Global Advisors, and the technology board for Charles Schwab & Co. Mark has written for INC. magazine and publications for CCH.
