Join Michele Chambers, CFCP, as she discusses the hormonal and health changes that can occur as women approach and go through menopause. Presented in an informative and enlightening manner, she will be talking about changes that women can see in their bodies and health, as well as the implications for charting using natural family planning. Women do not need to be charting to attend, and all ages are welcome. Light refreshments will be served. The event is open to women and couples. Event is free, and donations are accepted.
