We are going to do our first virtual Camino de Santiago walk for September at the OKC River Trails! We will meet at 10 am at Wheeler Park in front of the big Ferris wheel and start walking the River Trail. We will end about 12 pm and grab lunch Downtown if you want to join us afterwards.

September – Discernment of Spirits
September 1-7: Notice times this week when the voice in your head is critical, adversarial, rushes and pushes you, frightens you, confuses you, discourages you, worries you, and makes you obsessed. What does it say?
September 8-14: Notice times this week when the voice in your head is encouraging, stills you, leads you, reassures you, enlightens you, comforts you, and calms you. What does it say?
