On March 23, 2019, Trinity Catholic Academy and the parish to which it belongs, St. John Paul II will have its first joint auction. We are excited about this shared venture because we believe that it will help bring the school and the parish closer together and inject new vitality into the auction.
Therefore, we invite you to share in yet another successful fundraiser! La Salle Reception Center, Southbridge will be hosting our event. Our theme is ‘ONE GREAT SCHOOL, ONE GREAT CHURCH AND ONE GREAT PARTY”. Certainly, you don’t want to miss the opportunity to be part of this gala night, where there will be a raffle where the prize is a chance to win $1000.00, a delicious buffet dinner, great items to bid on and a lot more surprises.
The proceeds not only contribute to our operating budget for Trinity Catholic Academy but will also allow Saint John Paul II Parish to continue with its ministries that help TCA families as well as it’s families of Saint John Paul II Parish.
We are looking for Auction items, Basket items and monetary donations, so if you are willing to donate please do as soon as possible. You may bring your items or donations to either Trinity’s school office on Pine Street or our ministry center on Hamilton Street. Please mark each donation with name, address of the donor and if it is an item, please include a description and value of the item.
The cost of the tickets are as follows: $60.00 for a raffle ticket with includes a ticket for the dinner buffet, if you purchase a raffle ticket you may purchase one dinner buffet ticket for you your guest at $15.00. We will sell only 100 raffle tickets. Tickets for the Dinner Buffet and Auction only, are $25.00.
