Baltimore’s Irish community will hold the 65th annual St. Patrick Parade along Charles Street in downtown Baltimore. The parade begins at the Washington Monument in Mount Vernon Place and then proceeds south on Charles Street and then east on Pratt Street to Market Place. The official Parade Day Mass will be celebrated at the Basilica of the Assumption at 10:45 a.m.
