Talk Description:
Christians celebrate the life-changing fact that God the Second Person of the Trinity, the Word, assumed our nature and came to dwell among us. As the Word spoken in time to draw all persons to life in abundance, Christ intends for us to use our words to build up the community of the Church while affirming the dignity of all those with whom we come into conversation. Highlighting both the simple human virtue and the divine prescription of meaningful, affirming interpersonal exchange—from dating to family life, from work-settings to faith-sharing—Father Sam explores the importance of being natural and intentional in our human interactions. His is a rallying call, especially to fellow Millennials: Perfect the ‘Art of Conversation’.
About Our Speaker:
Father Sam Morehead is the pastor of All Souls Catholic Parish in Englewood, Colorado. A Colorado native of passionately British roots, he studied English and Broadcasting Journalism at the University of Colorado at Boulder before happily dropping out to join the seminary.
