Together, we will focus on our own personal relationships with Jesus, as well as, our spiritual and physical health.
The FREE retreat day includes: Mass, lunch, dinner, guest speakers, an opportunity for confession and time for fellowship!
**In addition, we will have a third level black belt and Isshinryu karate instructor joining us! During this time there will be an opportunity for self reflection through meditation, and simple breathing exercises geared to calming down both the mind and body.
Lastly, everyone will have the chance to create their own Crown of Thorns to take home.
Join us, the first Saturday of Lent, for an opportunity to renew your relationship with Jesus!
